Ginisang Pechay with oyster sauce and minced pork is a simple vegetable dish that you can look for in your hot meal. It will be ready in a few minutes with ingredients that are readily available but are already full of flavor and nutrients for you.
Pechay is a Chinese cabbage variety of the genus Cheninsis. It has dark green leaves and a simple circular base with a slight pungent taste.

Pechay vs Bok Choy
They are usually considered to be the same vegetables, but there is little difference in appearance. The stem of Shanghai bok choy is green and broad while the pechay is white and thin. They can be used alternately in cooking.
How to fix pechay
Choose a pechay with bright green leaves and strong stems with no signs of wrinkles or scratches.
Cut about half an inch of stem and discard.
Wash the leaves and stems under running cold water or immerse in a large bowl of cold water to remove dirt and grime. Take out well.
Cut the stems firmly into the leaves and place them in a separate bowl. They will first be added to the pot to ensure cooking.
